All UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail. All our orders, unless otherwise requested and paid for or specified, are sent out 2nd class standard delivery. Once your parcel has been shipped Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel in 3-5 working days.
Once your parcel has left us we have no control over delivery and it is then in the hands of Royal Mail.
We offer delivery to most countries outside of the UK. All international orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail International and then forwarded on by your local courier. All international deliveries are sent Tracked. If you are not able to see a delivery option for a certain product to the destination you require, please contact us.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not fully happy with your item please contact us for assistance.
Items must be returned to us unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, along with a copy of your order number. All returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
When returning an item, the liability for delivery and return postage is yours, unless it has arrived damaged or defective, .
If your item does arrive damaged or defective, please get in touch and we will advise.
Unfortunately, we are unable accept cancelations or returns on any personalised or custom made items.
