How long will my order take?
All of our orders are made to order and as we are a small family run business we do not rely on any large machinery. Therefore, while we aim to have all of our orders dispatched as quickly as possible, we like to say that there may be up to a 10 working day production time prior to shipping, especially in busy periods.
Unless otherwise paid for, all of our orders are sent by Royal Mail, 2nd Class, who aim to deliver parcels in 3-5 working days. However once the parcel has left us, it is out of our control and in the hands of Royal Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide 😊 and use Royal Mail international shipping for most of our orders.
We will show you the international shipping costs at the checkout, but all prices are subject to local taxes, handling fees and shipping costs.
Can I return/Exchange my item?
You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery. When returning an item, the liability for the delivery and return postage is upon you.
**Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any custom or personalised items unless these arrive damaged or defective.
If your item does arrive damaged or defective please contact us as soon as you receive the item and we will let you know what options are available.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order, as if the item has already been custom made we may not be able to offer a cancellation.
Do you offer Wholesale availability?
Please contact us with details of your business/shop if you would like to enquire about wholesale availability.
